It’s been a while since we chatted ‘rasslin’. Let’s change that, shall we.
Monday night, Total Nonstop Action (TNA) delivered probably one of their greatest shows ever.
Veteran fan favorites Jeff Hardy and Rob Van Dam faced off to decide the #1 contender to champion AJ Styles. Popular mainstay Samoa Joe returned from an unexplained absence due [...]

It only seemed fitting to break this news on this blog.
After seven of the best years of my life, I am leaving Brotman-Winter-Fried Communications. Starting April 1, I will be working for Iostudio, managing their incredible social media team. Expect more information on the new gig in due time!
Of course, this is a bittersweet move. [...]

Monday night is a pivotal night in the professional wrestling industry. (Yep, talking ‘rasslin’ again…sorry…but work with me here, it’s worth it!)

Well, we will all find out on January 4, 2010, when [...]

But at the end of the day, the Ultimate Warrior was an extended [...]

Professional wrestling is built around oversized personalities and very few could match Captain Lou Albano, who passed away this week.
Kevin Eck from the Baltimore Sun has a beautiful tribute here.
What I want to do is share some memories of Captain Lou, who was a major cultural icon in the 1980s. Enjoy!
A classic WWF interview:
Boasting Greg [...]

Kurt Angle is a very accomplished man. He has been an NCAA champion, an Olympic Gold Medalist and, at last count, a 13-time world heavyweight champion in professional wrestling (including his current title reign). Now 40 years old, he has also started to transition to an acting career. Overall, a terrific American story.
On the flip [...]
