“You say you want a revolution
Well, you know
We all want to change the world
You tell me that it’s evolution
Well, you know
We all want to change the world”
- The Beatles, “Revolution”
Is the Era of Social Media over?
It’s a hard question to answer.
Plainly, though, no…far from it.
It’s just begun.
Which is why the Social Media Revolution is on it’s last legs.
Facebook has nearly 1 billion users. Twitter is part of major TV programming. Heck, shows like Tosh.0 are completely comprised of socially-available videos!
And that’s why the revolution is about to die – we have been fully revoluted! (Revolved? Revolted?)
When you have deep usage from nearly every demographic, what is left there to change?
You don’t need a revolution when it’s the norm.
However…the next major revolution in connectivity is coming soon. Maybe even sooner than we may think.
Until that time, we’ve got the changed world.
Social Media, in this post-socialpocalypse, is no longer a strategy in and of itself.
It’s a tactic.
It’s a method.
It’s a vehicle.
It’s part of a comprehensive communications plan – and it will be forever more.
Now we just need to figure out what the next step is going to be…

I believe that this will not going to happen. Social media is very popular that are people always depend on it when it comes to their work.
